I’m going to be honest here, I had a huge woble when it came to content creating and my podcast at the start of the year. And when I say a huge wobble… there was a lot of ugly crying involved.

A big part of it was burn out and just feeling like I didn’t know what I was doing anymore. I love content creating, I love recording my podcast and I love Formula One. But it can be a little lonely sometimes.

Taking my foot off the accelerator has been a massive help for me. Going back to hobbies, like crochet has felt so good and so rewarding, especially when I get to make things like this and see the end result.

Being smarter about how and when I create content, putting less pressure on myself and going back to the basics of why I enjoy doing this helped me recover from that burnout.
